East TN Partners is a private partnership focused on the thoughtful stewardship of land, relationships, and opportunity across East Tennessee.
Formed by a group of aligned partners—Joe and Jessi Baker, Cory Cottongim, and Chuck and Mika Edwards—the partnership brings together local knowledge, shared values, and a long-term commitment to the region.
We are focused on identifying and supporting opportunities in land management, tourism, and hospitality. Our approach is intentional: we invest both time and capital with care, seeking to enhance what already makes this region special rather than simply expanding it.
East Tennessee continues to experience meaningful growth, particularly in visitation and experiential travel. We believe that growth, if approached thoughtfully, can strengthen communities, preserve the character of the land, and create enduring value for those who live, work, and invest here.
